The approach
Evidence → Finding → Action. Every observation should point to a source, explain what is known and what remains uncertain, and provide a useful next step. No issue found is a meaningful result too.
Where the product stands
This is v0.1: a working preview of the customer experience. Paid reviews and server-side document processing are not active. Operator identity, verified support details, and the review and fulfillment process must be finalized before launch.
